• The client does not want the "hassle" of switching companies. They might think they are "locked into a contract" or they are dreading the fact that they might have to "deal with an annoying customer service rep" when they call to cancel their current contract. The key is to assure the client of how simple and often many customers have been able to get a refund and switch companies
• Don't waste TOO much time with this one. If they aren't showing any "buyer" signs then get their information and follow-up with them at a later time
*This line is perhaps the key to overcoming this objection. It uses a little bit of reverse psychology to assure the client of how simple the process of switching companies can be. The credit for this line goes to my brother, Nate.
