In fact, I'm sure when the home was built...they spent at least several thousand dollars to properly grade the surface, bring in truckloads of top soil, install the sod, irrigation and lancscape.
You might not care to have the BEST lawn in the neighborhood, but I'm sure you'd agree it at least makes sense to protect your investment. Right?
