Well then, before I go...would you mind if I give you an offer?

As I mentioned...we will be servicing the neighbors' yard within the next few days. If you allow me to go ahead and get the service started...I'll do the first application for 1/2 price. How does that sound?"
✏️Tips:

• $$$ This close is PERFECT. Memorize it VERBATIM! This exact close has been responsible for closing thousands of deals and millions in sales revenue $$$

• Shut up! After you've laid it on the line it's time to let the client make their decision. Your work here is (temporarily) done

• On rare occasion, the client might say no when asked, "Would you mind if I give you an offer?"
Simply reply, "You can always say no if you'd like, but at least hear me out". (Said with a pleasant smile)
